Prepreg

Delivering excellent mechanical and thermal performance, with low void content, Gurit prepregs are perfect for luxury yacht builders demanding strength, scale, and a flawless finish. SE84LV is a longtime market leader in the marine sector, proving itself time and again as a versatile, high strength prepreg system. ST94 has optimized drape and tackiness for excellent handling and is ideal for complex or vertical moldings. SE 90 has been designed for use with heavy-weight reinforcements in large structures, with a lower temperature curing system.

CORECELL M

With a 25-year pedigree, Corecell M structural foam core has been developed specifically for marine applications. Lightweight, strong, and impact-resistant, it performs exceptionally well under extreme dynamic conditions and is ideal for areas where cosmetics are critical thanks to its thermal stability. Corecell M foam is DNVGL, RINA, BV, Lloyds and ABS certified, prepreg and infusion-compatible – making it the most proven and versatile foam core solution available for marine vessels.

PET

Gurit PET foam core, made from up to 100% recycled PET, is ideal for soles, bulkheads, longitudinals, interior furniture and non-structural partitions. Offering a good strength to stiffness ratio, it is a versatile DNV-approved core that helps keep weight low, is easily machined and thermoformable.

PRIME 37 epoxy infusion resin enables single-shot molding of large components like carbon masts, superstructures and hulls. With a 20+ year track record, it is biobased as standard and Lloyd’s certified. Blendable hardeners provide tailored processing speeds, meeting the exacting demands of superyacht construction.

Spabond Adhesives

Proven across a range of superyacht components, Gurit epoxy adhesives have ensured strong, durable bonds for over 40 years. Spabond 300 is an established range for structural and dynamic loads of large marine assemblies, and the next-gen Spabond 400 range offers enhanced health & safety and comes in a fire-retardant version. The Spabond 500 range offers products for special substrates and applications including teak decking, as well as products ideal for stringers/bulkheads, frames and hull-to-deck joints. Further products are available for general and non-structural bonding.
