Processing and Compliance

  • Suitable for vacuum infusion, hand lay-up, prepreg, and resin transfer molding (RTM).
  • Compatible with most common resin types including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester.
  • Available in a range of densities and thicknesses, it can be supplied as a pre-cut kit or in sheet form, with the standard Gurit core finishes; Gurit PVC is thermoformable.
  • High-temperature processing of up to 140 °C is possible with Gurit PVC HT.
  • Gurit PVC is certified by DNV, RINA, and Lloyd’s Register.
