SE75 AND SE84LV PREPREG
A trusted choice for decades, SE75 and SE84LV prepregs are ideal for high-performance race yacht primary and secondary structures and components. Lloyd’s Register and DNV certified, these systems deliver strength, reliability, and performance. SE84LV has become the performance marine market standard, while SE75 builds on this legacy, offering next-gen flexibility with broader curing options.
CORECELL M
Corecell M structural foam core has been developed specifically for marine applications and is ideal for slamming zones. Lightweight, strong, and impact-resistant, it performs under extreme dynamic conditions. With years of success in race conditions, Corecell M foam is DNV, RINA, BV, Lloyds and ABS certified, prepreg and infusion-compatible, and heat-stable — making it the most proven and versatile foam core solution available for racing yachts.
Prime 37
PRIME 37 epoxy infusion resin enables single-shot molding of large components like carbon masts and yacht hulls. With a 20+ year track record, it is biobased as standard and Lloyd’s certified. Blendable hardeners provide tailored processing speeds, meeting the exacting demands of race yacht construction.
Spabond 400
Spabond 400 epoxy adhesive is engineered for structural and dynamic load applications in large marine assemblies. With enhanced health & safety and RINA-approved, we also offer a fire-retardant version. Proven across a range of race yacht components, it ensures strong, durable bonds for demanding conditions.
